We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect size choices. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returns have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take a few days to process the refund.
